Teacher appreciation week is May 4-8 and teacher appreciation day is May 5. Our kids have been blessed with wonderful teachers every year. We are so appreciative of everything they do and all the time they devote to teaching our kids. We like to show our appreciation and gratitude on teacher appreciation day by giving each teacher a gift.
We have one school aged child and one preschooler this year, needing teacher gifts. Our kids love giving ALL their teachers gifts, so I have to get a head start on getting everything put together.
I am going to show you two ways to put together the items I purchased for the “Have a Berry Nice Summer” gift.
I found these yummy smelling 3 oz Strawberry & Vanilla lotions, gels, and mists. They were 3 for $12 at Bath and Body Works. Click here to order online. The bath sponge is from the Dollar Tree. It was part of a four pack, so it cost $.25.
First I put the items in this pink basket I purchased at Hobby Lobby.
The original price of this basket was $1.99. I used a 40% off coupon and got it for $1.19. They always have a 40% off coupon you can use for nonsale items; print it off at home or pull it up on your phone. Hobby Lobby also rotates stuff on sale each week, so if it is not on sale this week, chances are it will be next week. The sale gets you 50% off!
This basket cost under $15.00 for everything.
Another option is to put everything in a cute gift bag like this one that also I picked up at Hobby Lobby.
For a cheaper option, purchase just one of the bottles and put it in a gift bag like this one with the tag.
Print a free gift tag: Have a Berry Nice Summer. Use a Circle Punch, 2-Inch.
