We had another busy weekend and I found myself behind getting the meal plan finished. I mentioned a few weeks back that I would like to do a month long meal plan and I am still working towards that goal. I wrote about how I survive on the weeks I don’t get meal plan done here.

Slow Cooker Pot Roast-Brown pot roast and add to slow cooker with potatoes and carrots add season packet.
Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches-These are super easy place deli ham in a skillet, top with slice of cheese, and another slice of ham. Cook on medium heat flipping to cook each side.
Weight Watchers White Bean and Ground Turkey Slow Cooker Chipotle Chili
Breakfast a for dinner-Do you guys do breakfast at dinner. We don’t do it a lot, but every so often the kids ask for it. It is a nice and easy way to end a busy week.
Barbecue Post Roast-Brown the post roast, place in slow cooker, and top with a bottle of barbecue sauce. Cook on high for 4 hours.
