Sorry I am late getting this meal plan posted. It has been a busy weekend. I hope you had great weekend! We are experiencing some fall temperatures and the kids have been playing outside nonstop.
I am looking forward to adding more soups and hearty meals to our menu.

Beef Stew-I use McCormick Slow Cooker season pack and follow their directions to make a quick and easy slow cooker meal.
Shepherd’s Pie-Layer browned ground beef (I cook it up a head of time and freeze in 1-2 lbs bags) on the bottom of a casserole dish, add a can of cream corn and top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
Pizza Quesadillas-Put tortilla in skillet, top with pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese, and another tortilla. Cook on medium heat, flipping to cook other side. (You could easily use different toppings…try sausage, hamburger, or veggies.)
Chicken Fried Rice-This is a recipe from my Dinners on a Dime Goose Berry Cookbook.
Do you still use cookbooks? I had a sister-in-law who said she got rid of all her cookbooks and just uses Pinterest. I still have a shelf of cookbooks that have some of my favorites recipes. What is your favorite place to get recipes? Is it a cookbook? A blog? Magazine?
