I love having the kids at home and enjoying time with them before our summer gets busy with activities and traveling. However, within a week, they are usually complaining that they are bored, so I searched Pinterest for some fun summer activities.

Our daughter loves drawing on the sidewalk with chalk. Growing a Jeweled Rose came up with this great alternative…squirt bottle sidewalk chalk.
Our middle son will have a blast demolishing this giant ice cube by Our Little House in the Country.
We love painting at our house and are always experimenting with new painting tools. Check out this squirt gun painting by Fireflies + Mud Pies
The kids love to have water balloon fights in the summer, but it takes forever to fill all the balloons. We will definitely be trying these sponge water bombs by Clumsy Crafter.
