Happy Saturday and welcome another week of meal planning.

Sorry I missed meal planning last week.  We arrived back later than expected from vacation only to be thrown into all the activities of the annual rodeo our local Lions Club hosts.  We had a couple of days to catch out breath before the grandparents arrived and grandpa and oldest son and eventually daddy were off to boy scout camp.

With all the busy activity at our home, I did not have time to try new recipes.  However, grandma recently went through all her cookbooks and purged a bunch.  She brought them for me to go through, so I copied down some new recipes to try over the next couple of weeks.

I forgot to mention in my above ramblings that we are in the middle of tball, so three nights a week we need a quick and light dinner.
