These no bake Christmas cookies are so yummy. If you like the Girl Scout Peanut Butter Patties or Tagalongs, you will love these!
Growing up, it was tradition in our house to make lots of Christmas cookies and treats…way more than we could eat. I have tried to carry that tradition over to my kids.
It had been too many years, since I last made these Christmas Peanut Butter Patties.

The last few years have been busy for us with births and moves during the holidays. For most of those years, our extent of Christmas baking (which is really not baking at all) was White Chocolate Pretzels. They were easy, quick, and yummy.
These Peanut Butter Patties are too, so I am looking forward to adding them back on our list this year.
Ingridents:
- Peanut butter
- Round butter cracker (we used Ritz)
- Almond bark (chocolate flavored)
- Christmas sprinkles
Directions:
1. Spread peanut butter on crackers.
2. Place another cracker on top of the crackers with peanut butter to form a sandwich.
3. Melt your chocolate according to package directions.
4. Dip peanut butter cracker sandwiches in the melted chocolate making sure to completely coat them.
5. Using a slotted spoon or spatula remove the chocolate covered peanut butter patties from the bowl allowing excess chocolate to drain off.
6. Place the patties on a piece of wax paper and immediately sprinkle with sprinkles.
7. Allow to dry before storing in an air tight container. Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
