These No Bake Valentine’s Day Cookies are super easy and yummy. They are perfect for your child’s school Valentine’s Day party (or to snack on at home).
We made these same cookies at Christmas and used milk chocolate and Christmas sprinkles. You can check them out here. Since they were a huge hit at Christmas, we decided to repeat them, with just a couple of modifications for Valentine’s Day. I love how easy these are to change up for different holidays with just a change in sprinkles.

Ingredients:
- Butter Crackers (like Ritz)
- Peanut Butter
- White Chocolate
- Valentine’s Sprinkles
Directions:
- Spread peanut butter on crackers.
- Place another cracker on top of the crackers with peanut butter to form a sandwich.
- Melt white chocolate according to package directions.
- Dip peanut butter cracker sandwiches in the melted chocolate making sure to completely coat them.
- Using a slotted spoon or spatula remove the chocolate covered peanut butter patties from the bowl allowing excess chocolate to drain off.
- Place the patties on a piece of wax paper and immediately sprinkle with Valentine’s sprinkles.
- Allow to dry before storing in an air tight container. Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Note: I prefer vanilla flavored almond bark. I feel like it melts and coats better.
