Grab you medical tape and turn it into a craft stick mummy for Halloween. With just five items needed, this is an easy and inexpensive craft that is super quick to put together for a quick craft.
It’s always fun reimaging items in a different way and using non traditional items to create crafts. While going through our medicine and medical supplies recently and purging old and expired items, I found we had accumulated a lot of medical tape, gauze and bandages. With Halloween approaching, I decided to pull out some of the excess medical tape and create mummies. The gauze would have worked too, but the medical tape we had was the perfect width for the project I had in mind and didn’t require glue.

DIRECTIONS
1. To make your pipe cleaner mummy craft, start off by painting the craft stick black and allow to dry. Don’t want to mess with paint or the time it takes to drive, no problem. Grab an black marker and color the craft stick or grab these black craft sticks or leave your craft stick natural.
2. Once your paint has dried, start wrapping the medical tape around the craft stick starting at the top, leaving room for eyes. Continue wrapping your tape around the craft stick until your reach the bottom. We alternated directions slightly as we wrapped the tape.
3. After wrapping your mummy, add googly eyes to the craft stick. We used self adhesive small sized googly eyes.
That’s all. Just three easy steps to create a fun Halloween craft.
