We are counting down the days until school starts at our house.  Even the littlest one who will not be attending school yet this year has gotten excited about back to school.

Since apples are symbolic of back to school, I created an apple dot painting worksheet to help her feel part of back to school time .

This free pintable apple dot painting worksheet uses Do a Dot Markers, bingo markers, or pom poms to create a fun and easy back to school or fall project. toddlers|preschoolers|hand-eye coordination

Whether you are using this as a back to school project or fall project, it is a great activity for hand-eye coorindation and fine motor skills.

Getting Started

For this project, you need Do A Dot Art Markers and this apple dot painting printable.

I love Do A Dot Art Markers, especially for little ones. They are chunky for little hands to easily grab and manipulate. They also have sponge tip applicator that serves as the painting applicator, making them spill proof and therefore mess free!

If you don’t have Do a Dot Markers, you could also use Bingo Markers or Pom-Poms.
