Our kids love to paint! While we love messy painting, there are times, especially when they were toddlers that I needed a safe, mess free painting activity for them. These Halloween Dot Painting worksheets are perfect for mess free painting.

These Halloween Dot Painting worksheets are a fun mess free painting activity for young kids that work on hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. Grab your free printable now! Toddlers and preschoolers love them. They work great with Do a Dot Markers.

Getting Started

This post contains affiliate links. See my Disclosure Policy for details.

Not only are these Halloween Dot Painting worksheets fairly mess free, but set up and clean up is super easy.

This Halloween Dot Painting set includes six black and white worksheets: witch hat, jack a lantern, ghost, bat, candy corn, and cat. Print these Halloween dot painting worksheets on regular 8 1/2 x 11″ paper.

We use Do A Dot Art! Markers for dot painting. If you don’t have Do a Dot Markers, you could also use Bingo Markers or Pom-Poms. Use a clothespin and squeeze a pom pom for a DIY pom pom dot maker.

Benefits of Dot Painting

As an added bonus dot painting, helps kids work on hand-eye coordination as they direct their marker to the spot on their paper. Kids also stregthen fine motor skills as they hold the dot markers and move their hands to apply the marker to the paper.

Do A Dot Art Markers, are especially great for little ones. They are chunky for little hands to easily grab and manipulate. There sponge tip applicator that serves as the painting applicator, making them spill proof and therefore mess free! We have had our Do a Dot Markers for a few years and they still work great!

Thank you for these!! I printed them for my 3 year old nephew and will bring circle stickers in multiple colors to fill in the dots. These are perfect to keep him entertained while we are out to lunch and dinner on vacation.
