Craft Stick Jack o Lantern Craft

This Craft Stick Jack o Lantern with a fun spiral pipe cleaner stem is a really cute craft kids can make this fall for Halloween. 

Don’t you just love the fun pipe cleaner stems on these craft stick jack o lanterns?! This idea came from some Christmas craft stick ornaments we made. The craft stick and pipe cleaner crafts started off with reindeer and grew from there with some really fun Christmas ornaments.

With just five items needed, this is an easy and inexpensive craft that is a super quick to put together for quick Halloween craft.

CRAFT STICK JACK O LANTERN

SUPPLIES

• Craft stick
• Orange paint
• Black marker
• Green pipe cleaner
• Paintbrush

DIRECTIONS for Craft Stick Jack O Lantern Craft

1. To make your craft stick jack o lantern, start off by painting the craft stick orange and allow to dry. Don’t want to mess with paint or the time it takes to drive, no problem. Grab an orange marker and color the craft stick or grab these orange craft sticks. 

2. Wrap a green pipe cleaner around the top of the craft stick to form the stem. We wrapped the pipe cleaner around the craft stick and then took it off, so you can see how it is wrapped (picture below). 

3. Once your stem is in place, using your black marker, draw a face for your jack o lantern.  You could also use googly eyes for your jack o lantern’s eyes.

That’s all. Just three easy steps to create a fun Halloween craft.
